LOI - Hope Through Empowerment Go. Be. Hope. LOI is a non-profit organization that brings hope to orphaned and abandoned children and impoverished communities through empowerment. How does LOI empower a community? BODY LOI begins with the basic needs of a child and a community; love, food, clean water, shelter, clothing, medical and dental care. MIND LOI works to create and implement effective education systems that empower both the children and adults within the community.
